MIKE WOOD

Presidente y Director General

Mike Wood se incorporó a la organización en 2011 como director de operaciones, y en octubre de 2014 pasó a ser presidente y director general. Mike es responsable de la gestión, el crecimiento y el éxito general de la empresa. Es responsable de liderar el desarrollo y la implementación de la estrategia a largo plazo de la empresa, con el objetivo de agregar valor accionarial, y está a cargo de los logros financieros y operativos de la empresa.

MICHAEL MORIARTY

Chief Financial Officer

Mike Moriarty joined JAC Products in November 2021. Mike is responsible for the overall financial planning, reporting, internal controls, insurance and risk management, tax and treasury, audit, and Information Technology activities for the global business.

RICARDO NEVES

Chief Operating Officer / Chairman of the Board, China

Ricardo Neves joined JAC Products in July of 2017 as the Managing Director of our European Region. In early 2022, Ricardo was named Chairman of the Board for our China Board of Directors, taking on the responsibility for the China Board and the continued growth and development of the China region. In January 2023, Ricardo relocated to the United States and assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer. As COO, Ricardo will continue to have responsibility for our European and China manufacturing operations, the global sales and advanced engineering functions, in addition to the global purchasing and manufacturing engineering functions.

JODEE SZOZDA

Vice President Human Resources & Administration

Jodee Szozda joined the JAC Products human resources organization in 1996. During her tenure with the company, she has successfully completed assignments in expanded organizational development and functional leadership roles. Jodee has global responsibility for the full breadth of programs that ensure our organization has capable talent and an engaging work environment that can execute and achieve our long-term growth strategies.

ALEX HALL

Vicepresidente Global Producto Enginyeria

Alex Hall se incorporó a JAC Products en 2011 como gerente de ingeniería de proyecto. En 2015, Alex fue nombrado director global de ingeniería de producto. Sus responsabilidades incluyen el diseño y la ingeniería general de todos los productos de producción, ingeniería residente, gestión de garantías y liderazgo de todas las actividades VAVE a lo largo de la compañía. También se desempeña como copresidente del Consejo de Sostenibilidad de JAC Products.

GORDON MICHIE

Vicepresidente de Desarrollo de Productos Avanzados

Gordon Michie se incorporó a JAC Products en 1999 y progresó a través de una variedad de puestos relacionados con la ingeniería y gestión de programas. Luego de dirigir la actividad global de Ingeniería de Productos por varios años, asumió la responsabilidad de dirigir y expandir nuestro equipo de Ingeniería Avanzada en 2016.

JIM REDER

Vice President, Purchasing

Jim Reder joined JAC Products in 2022 as the Vice President of Purchasing. Jim plays a strategic and operational leadership role, ensuring the company secures the right materials and services at the best possible value to support production, profitability, and customer satisfaction. He leads the development and implementation of the overall strategic direction and management of all purchasing activities of the global organization. Having deep experience within the automotive industry, Jim’s focus is on building resilient supply chains that support quality, efficiency, and long-term growth.

DON CLINE

Vice President Sales, North America

Don Cline joined JAC Products in 2011 as Executive Director Sales for North America. Don was appointed Vice President Sales for North America in 2015 and in January of 2018 assumed responsibility for global business development. In 2020, Don assumed responsibility for JAC Products Operations, bringing his understanding of customer requirements and expectations, as well as his previous manufacturing background to bear on the operational performance of our business. In late 2021, Don rejoined the sales organization as the Vice President of Sales for North America.

RYAN DEMONT

Managing Director, North America

Ryan DeMont joined JAC Products in 2021 as the Executive Director of Operations for North America and appointed Managing Director for North America in June 2025. Ryan is responsible for financial success, strategic growth, operational performance, and customer engagement across the region. He has a deep understanding of our business and has built strong relationships with both our team members and customers. With a strong background in leadership and automotive industry expertise, Ryan is committed to driving business results and strengthening the company’s presence in our key markets.

JOSE PACHECO

Managing Director, Europe

José Pacheco joined JAC Products in April 2021 as the Operations Director for our European Region, where he had responsibility for the overall successful achievement of operational performance and financial management of the manufacturing plants in the region. In January 2023, José was appointed Managing Director for Europe with overall accountability for the operational and financial performance of the business and leadership of our European organization.

TONY YUAN

Director General en China

Tony Yuan se incorporó a JAC Products en julio de 2018. Tony asumió la responsabilidad del rápido desarrollo de nuestra organización y nuestra empresa en China. Es responsable de expandir las relaciones con los clientes y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades comerciales, al igual que del desempeño operativo y financiero general de la empresa a nivel regional.
