President und CEO

Mike Wood schloss sich dem Unternehmen im Jahr 2011 als Chief Operating Officer an und wurde im Oktober 2014 zum CEO & President bestellt. Er verantwortet das Gesamtmanagement, Wachstum und den Erfolg des Unternehmens. Er ist ebenso verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung der langfristigen Strategie des Unternehmens mit dem Ziel Unternehmenswert zu schaffen und verantwortet insgesamt die operativen und finanziellen Leistungen des Unternehmens.

RICARDO NEVES

Chief Operating Officer / Chairman of the Board, China

Ricardo Neves joined JAC Products in July of 2017 as the Managing Director of our European Region. In early 2022, Ricardo was named Chairman of the Board for our China Board of Directors, taking on the responsibility for the China Board and the continued growth and development of the China region. In January 2023, Ricardo relocated to the United States and assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer. As COO, Ricardo will continue to have responsibility for our European and China manufacturing operations, the global sales and advanced engineering functions, in addition to the global purchasing and manufacturing engineering functions.

ALEX HALL

Vice President Global Product Engineering

Alex Hall schloss sich JAC Products 2011 als Project Engineering Manager an. 2015 wurde er zum globalen Director of Product Engineering ernannt. Zu seinen Aufgaben gehört das Gesamtdesign und die Gesamtkonstruktion aller Produktionsprodukte, Konstruktion innerhalb des Unternehmens, Garantiemanagement und Führung aller VAVE-Aktivitäten (Wertanalyse und Value Engineering) im Unternehmen. Er ist ebenso Mitvorsitzender des JAC Products Nachhaltigkeitsrates.

DON CLINE

Vice President Sales

Don Cline schloss sich JAC Products 2011 als Executive Director Sales für Nordamerika an. Er wurden 2015 zum Vice President Sales für Nordamerika bestellt und übernahm im Januar 2018 die Verantwortung für die globale Geschäftsentwicklung und Kundenbeziehungen.

JOSE PACHECO

Managing Director, Europe 

José Pacheco joined JAC Products in April 2021 as the Operations Director for our European Region, where he had responsibility for the overall successful achievement of operational performance and financial management of the manufacturing plants in the region. In January 2023, José was appointed Managing Director for Europe with overall accountability for the operational and financial performance of the business and leadership of our European organization.
